- Available for short, medium, and long term leadership assignments following executive departure, corporate reorganization, merger/acquisition, or transformation.
- Functional roles include General Management, Legal, Human Resources, Real Estate, Risk Management, and Procurement. As interim or “fractional” leaders, we are quick learners who are able to quickly grasp the business and manage internal teams that have an abundance of talent but are lacking leadership.
- Our network and strategic partnerships with industry professionals support additional C-Level needs, including areas of General Management, Finance, and Sales/Business Development.
- Perform cost benefit analysis for internal teams to outsource or in-source certain functions or activities.
