- Manage real estate projects and initiatives from start to finish, including project management and implementation of best practices.
- Negotiate and source strategic partnerships with lenders, commercial landlords (retail, office, and/or industrial), and other service providers.
- Provide tools to assist clients with internal reporting, forecasting, and tracking.
